Choosing the right maintenance plan for your mobility scooter is crucial for ensuring its longevity and reliability. We understand that everyone’s needs and preferences are different, which is why we offer two flexible options for booking our comprehensive maintenance service

Monthly Subscription Plan

Opt for convenience and spread the cost with our monthly subscription. This option is ideal for those who prefer smaller, regular payments and continuous service without interruption.

One Off Payment

If you prefer to take care of everything in one go, our annual plan is the perfect choice. This option is great for those who like to have their service needs sorted upfront, offering both value and convenience.

Both plans ensure that your mobility scooter remains in excellent condition, with priority service bookings, discounted battery replacements, and comprehensive coverage of essential components. You can choose the plan that best fits your lifestyle and budget, and rest assured that our team of skilled technicians is always here to provide the best care for your scooter.

To book your plan, simply select your preferred option and follow the simple steps to register. We’re committed to keeping your mobility scooter running smoothly, so you can focus on enjoying your independence and freedom.

 You can only take the plan out if you have bought the scooter through us. If your warranty expires and you wish to obtain the plan a prior inspection must be carried out at a cost of £99

Maintenance T&C

Our subscription plan is valid for a twelve (12) months period, starting from the date of activation (First payment). The subscription fee, which is to be paid monthly in a period no longer than twelve (12) months, includes all services detailed on our website or provided upon request, with no hidden or administrative charges. Subscribers have the flexibility to cancel their subscriptions at any time without incurring any penalties.

It is the responsibility of the subscriber to provide accurate and current information during the subscription process. Failure to comply with the terms may result in the termination of the Plan.

1. Maintenance Package Subscription:

  • The Maintenance Package is available for a monthly subscription fee or a one-off annual payment.
  • Subscription is not transferable and is limited to the original purchaser of the mobility scooter.
 

2. Service Requirements:

  • Annual servicing is required to maintain the extended warranty.
  • Service must be conducted by ‘Home Garden & Pets’ authorized technicians.

 

3. Coverage:

  • The warranty covers the main internal components including the electric motor and all electrics (e.g., motherboard, lights).
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover plastics, seats, or wheels.
  • If we are unable to obtain parts for the scooter within 21 working days for repair then we will replace the scooter of the same value

 

4. Transferability:

  • The warranty is non-transferable and becomes void if the scooter is sold to a new owner.

 

5. Cancellation Policy:

  • Subscribers may cancel their maintenance package at any time. However, cancellation will void the extended warranty.
  • Customers of the monthly maintenance plan must keep the subscription for a minimum of 12 months to receive the subscription benefits.

 

6. Modifications:

  • Any modifications made to the scooter outside of Home Garden & Pets’ recommendations may void the warranty. Please contact us if you have any doubts about what modifications are allowed.

 

7. Governing Law:

  • These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the region in which the purchase was made.

 

8. Agreement:

  • By subscribing to the Maintenance Package, or purchasing the yearly one-off service, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

By returning calls at a convenient time for customers, rather than having them struggle to get through our phone lines during busy periods or wait for a team member to become available, we can schedule dedicated times for each customer. This ensures efficient service and allows us to give customers the attention they deserve.

VAT Relief

You don’t have to pay VAT on this if you have a disability or long-term illness. Just remember to enter your medical details (or those of the person you’re buying for) at the checkout, and we’ll remove the VAT on qualifying items in your basket.
